Return Policy

  • Website Order Returns must be received to our warehouse within 30-days from the date of delivery.
  • All clearance and special order item sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
  • Products that are open, used, damaged, or returned without all original components (e.g., screws, cables, adapters) will be subject to a restocking fee.
  • ProClip will determine, in its sole discretion, if the product(s) can be returned by the purchaser, and if returnable, upon what terms.
  • Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
