We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right; we’re happy to help with your return. To begin the process, please review the policy below to ensure eligibility. Once reviewed, fill out our Return Authorization form using your order number and email or shipping ZIP code.

Return Policy

  • Extended Return Policy. Items purchased from the ProClip USA website between November 1 and December 31, 2025, may be returned through January 31, 2026.

  • All other website order returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.

  • Orders must be shipped back within 14 days of return creation.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all components for a full refund.

  • Special Orders, Clearance Parts, and Products that are open, used, damaged, or returned without all original components (e.g., screws, cables, adapters) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • ProClip decides if a product can be returned and under what conditions.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns are subject to a $7.00 handling fee

This policy will be reviewed annually or as necessary to ensure its effectiveness. The company reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time based on business needs and changing circumstances.
