We want you to love your purchase, and if something isn’t quite right; we’re happy to help with your return. To begin the process, please review the policy below to ensure eligibility. Once reviewed, fill out our Return Authorization form using your order number and email or shipping ZIP code.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to return something, we're here to help.

  • Returns must be requested within 30 days of your order being delivered and must be shipped back within 14 days of return creation.

  • Items must be returned in original condition with all components for a full refund.

  • Special Orders, Clearance Parts, and Products that are open, used, damaged, or returned without all original components (e.g., screws, cables, adapters) will be subject to a 10% restocking fee.

  • Items that have been attached to your vehicle or screwed into, will have a 10% restocking fee.

  • ProClip decides if a product can be returned and under what conditions.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Returns are subject to a $10.00 handling fee
