What You Need to Know
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, so if you need to return something, we're here to help. Here's what you need to know:
- Website Order Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of delivery.
- To return an item, you'll need to get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. Sorry, without one we will not accept your return.
- For the fastest processing of your return, we recommend filling out the form below. You may also request an RMA via email at email@example.com.
- Please be sure to provide your order number or other proof of purchase (Photo of packing slip) with your return request.
- Products that are open, used, damaged, or returned without all original components (e.g., screws, cables, adapters) will be subject to a restocking fee.
- ProClip will determine, in its sole discretion, if the product(s) can be returned by the purchaser, and if returnable, upon what terms.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- To exchange an item, you need to return it to us within the 30-day period by following the return process above, and if eligible, we will refund the purchase price and applicable taxes to you, but we will not refund any shipping charges. Then all you need to do is purchase the item you'd like.
- All clearance sales are final and are not eligible for returns.
Packing and Sending Your Return
Once your return request has been reviewed and you have an RMA number, follow these five easy steps to complete your return.
- Pack the items and all components securely in a box.
- Write your RMA number on the outside of the box.
- Include a copy of your original order or invoice.
- Choose a shipping carrier that provides tracking, and make note of the date you shipped the package. You are responsible for return shipping costs and the safe return of the item until it is received at our facilities.

You'll receive an email notification when your return has been processed and your replacement has been shipped or your refund has been issued.
