Shipping Policies

Order Processing
All orders, regardless of shipping method or delivery address, may require 1-3 business days to process before shipping. Delivery estimates refer to the time it takes after an order has left our warehouse, not the time the order is placed.
Orders may experience longer processing times during and immediately following peak holiday season and other limited promotions and holidays.
Orders using FedEx Standard Overnight or FedEx 2-3 Day shipping that are placed before 12 pm Central Time will process the same day. Orders placed after 12 pm Central Time will process the next business day.
Orders with Economy Shipping that are placed on weekends and/or holidays will begin processing the first available business day.
Products that are marked as Special Order may take 2-3 weeks for your order to process and ship.
Shipping Costs and Transit Times
Shipping price is based on size and weight. Estimated shipping costs can be seen during checkout.
Transit times are estimated and are not guaranteed. Note: FedEx does not guarantee transit times between November 1 - January 1.
Weather and natural disasters can disrupt shipping services. For any current delays or disruptions please visit the carrier's notice site.
USA Domestic Shipments:
- FedEx Standard Overnight: 1 Business Days
- Express: FedEx 2-3 Business Days
- Free Economy: 3-7 Business Days
Puerto Rico and U.S. Armed Forces PO Boxes:
- Free Economy: 4-8 Business Days
- USPS Priority: 3-5 Business Days
Canada Shipments:
- FedEx International Priority: 1-3 Business Days
- FedEx International Connect Plus: 3-5 Business Days
- Customers from Canada will be billed in US dollars ($). Your GST/PST/HST will be added to the product cost during check out. Your order will be shipped DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) meaning there will be no cost to you upon delivery of your order.
Local Pickup:
We offer free local pickup to customers in the Madison, Wisconsin area. You will receive an email when your order is complete and ready to be picked up.
You must be able to pick your order up within 7 business days. Any orders not picked up will be canceled and refunded.
Tracking Issues
Once your order has shipped, we’re always happy to help, but you have the same tracking information as we do. Please try to resolve issues with the carrier directly. If all else fails, please contact our support team directly for assistance.
Backorders
ProClip USA is a just-in-time warehouse with inventory that fluctuates by the hour. Inevitably, a certain percentage of orders will end up being placed on backorder status. This means your parts are not currently in stock and will need to be received from our manufacturer before shipping. The average lead time for a backordered item to leave our warehouse is 7-14 business days.
Sales Tax
ProClip USA, LLC. is required by law to collect and remit sales tax on all orders that are shipped to addresses in the following states, provinces and territories:
