Combine with a ProClip device holder to make a custom mounting solution for your phone or GPS. The ProClip Center Mount clips tightly into the seams of the dashboard in seconds. No drilling holes or dismantling of the dashboard is required.

By default the mount itself is quite tall (as tall as the phone). After putting in the mount (which fits perfectly into the vent), I put in the phone holder, and after everything was installed, I found that even on the lowest setting (in which I put the mount into the lower 4 holes), the phone was still protruding out an uncomfortable amount, almost to the point where it blocks my vision a bit. I did some DIY, and dismounted it and used the bottom two holes of the mount for the phone holder, and then drilled two more holes in so the bottom screws would also go in. After that, the phone mount was perfect!
PUProClip USA2 years agoHello Ying, thanks for the great review! Just a reminder that you can attach the phone holder anywhere onto the vehicle mounting base face plate. The pilot holes are only a reference for optimal placement. Attaching your device holder on the lower portion of the vehicle mount face plate is perfectly fine and should not compromise the vehicle mount integrity.
