If you have lost or broken the Tilt-Swivel on your adjustable holder this item can replace it; making your holder good as new! It tilts approx. 15 degrees, swivels 360 degrees and extends 1 inch/ 2.54 cm. The Base plate has the AMPS hole pattern and the face plate has several hole patterns including AMPS to accommodate most holders, cradles, mounts and car kits.
