We stand behind our products, and if something isn't working as it should, we're happy to help with your warranty claim. 

To begin the process, please review the policy below to ensure eligibility. Once reviewed, fill out our Warranty Claim form using your order number and email or shipping ZIP code.

ProClip USA Warranty Policy

We want you to have confidence in your purchase. If you experience a defect, we're here to make it right.

  • Vehicle mounts and device holders are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase.

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 5 days of discovering the defect.

  • Proof of purchase from ProClip is required to initiate a claim.

  • ProClip will replace any vehicle mount or device holder deemed defective under this warranty.

  • ProClip's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product.

  • This warranty does not cover products that have been altered, modified, misused, damaged by accident, or used with non-ProClip accessories (e.g., MagSafe Charger, MagicMount Pro).

  • ProClip determines whether a product qualifies for warranty coverage and under what conditions.
