The products included in this quotation are custom-designed and manufactured specifically for the requirements of this opportunity. As such, any orders placed pursuant to this quote shall be considered Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable (NCNR). Once an order is issued, it cannot be canceled or returned, in whole or in part, unless expressly agreed to in writing by ProClip USA. This policy ensures the integrity and viability of custom production processes and inventory management.
