Description
The ProClip Console Mount attaches on the side of the floor console. Average installation time is 2 minutes. No dismantling of the dashboard is required and there is no damage to the vehicle interior.
Device Holder NOT included, sold separately.
Comes with a pre-drilled hole pattern for device attachment (might not be shown in photo). This is a suggested placement pattern only. A device holder can easily be attached anywhere on the face plate.
Notice: Consider how the device, or horizontal position, will fit the location and could interfere with other vehicle functions.
This mount may include an isopropyl alcohol pad. Gently clean only the small area of the dashboard with a quick swipe where the mount will attach. If you choose not to use the alcohol pad, please make sure your dashboard is clean and free of any debris before installing the mount.

I Purchased the Console Mount because it was the best position to mount something that was not obstructing my view of either the windshield or console. The Console Mount fit my 2009 Ford Hybrid Escape, the picture in the directions were a bit misleading, the cutout for the utility tray is a little more forward in my vehicle, yet the mount slipped in perfectly.
I love the website and the fact you can look up your car, I have a hybrid version of the Escape and was happy to see the listing was broken out from the normal Escapes. I knew they would have something i needed with even without seeing it. Shipping was good, it came in a box, not a bag. Overall experience was outstanding. I would buy again.
I did not go with Proclip for the holder, I had previously purchased something else that I needed to mount. FYI, I cut a screw on the far side of the articulating arm mount so the screw would not damage the console, all holes on the ProClip mount look like the AMPS standard.

The switch for ambient lighting was not taken into account in the design. I had to modify the clip so it would fit.
