This ProClip Vehicle Center Mount is a custom made car specific mount. The mount attaches to the center area of the car dashboard. It provides the perfect mounting platform for your device holder so you don't have to fumble around for your device anymore. The ProClip Center Mount is a very sturdy mounting bracket that clips tightly into the seams of the dashboard. No drilling holes or dismantling of the dashboard is required, simply clip on in seconds.

Comes with a pre-drilled hole pattern for device attachment (might not be shown in photo). This is a suggested placement pattern only. A device holder can easily be attached anywhere on the face plate.

What I like:
1. Stays in place. Since it's fixed, it won't go anywhere.
2. Worked great with IOmounts.
3. Multiple location choices.
What I didn't like:
1. Price. They initial cost was high.
2. Price. For what you got in terms of the mount itself (plastic), the price seemed high
3. Easy to strip the plastic when screwing the holder into the mount.
I was sick of suction cups. I was sick of closing something around my phone to hold it. I have OCD and was sick of not being able to rotate my phone so it was perfectly centered in my eyes. Though I was initially skeptical due to the initial out of pocket cost, I went ahead and got it anyway. Combined with the IO Mount pro, I am glad I made the purchase. Despite the fact that I nearly stripped the mount because it was plastic, it ended up holding on and seemed me well for the yesterday that I had it. And since the IO Mount holder can be transferred, all I need is a new Mount now that I have a new car. Overall, it's a worthwhile purchase.

I'll be buying proclip accessories for all of my future vehicles, and quite likely as gifts for others.
This attachment fits perfectly in my 09 Honda Civic, even with my aftermarket stereo dash kit. It's extremely sturdy and doesn't feel like it will be going anywhere with he well it's built.
I'll definitely be a future and long-time proclip customer.
