    Interferes with shifter

The mount works well, but I have one complaint: it gets in the way of the shifter. The shifter still has the full range of function, and it doesn't interfere once it's in drive and the driver is shifting from D to S or B, but shifting to and from Park, the shifter will bump the mount. You have to shift with the tips of your fingers instead of putting your whole hand on the shifter. This is just a small annoyance to me. I feel like if they could have made the mount stick out toward the passenger seat just a little more this could have been avoided. The only alternative for this make of vehicle is the dash mount, but I didn't want something blocking an air vent.

Just something to be aware of before you make a decision.

Hi Jeff, thank you for the repeat purchase! We appreciate the feedback and will send your suggestion over to the design team for investigation. To avoid the shift knob interference we would suggest an extension plate attachment: https://www.proclipusa.com/category/mounting-extension-plates
