For use with devices/device cradles that use the Richter mounting system - usually attached to a windshield suction cup mount. The Richter system has 4 pins extending out from the plate.

If you have a device or device cradle that has 4 pins extending from the suction cup mount through the cradle, then you have the Richter Mounting System. As you can see in the picture above and below the attachment plate has 4 pins extending towards you. You can take your device/device cradle off the suction cup mount by simply press it upwards approx a 1/4 of an inch. You can then slide it onto the Tilt Swivel Mount that has the Richter Adapter Plate attached. The Tilt Swivel Mount you attach to a Vehicle Mount. See General illustration below.
